Costa Coffee Exeter

Traditionally built drive thru restaurant and associated civils on a green field over a 4 month period. This project including extensive alterations to the public highways, pumped drainage systems and external services. A beam and block floor was suspended off insitu foundations and then insulated and screeded ready for fit out (fit out by others). The walls comprised of a masonry cavity wall finished externally with render and timber cladding.
