Costa Wellingborough

Design and build of a new traditionally built drive thru restaurant on an existing car park of a busy retail park. This project involved alterations to the existing car park, new drainage connections, external services and lighting. The building consisted of a structural steel frame with a masonry cavity wall clad on the outside with rainscreen timber cladding and render façade. The substructure was constructed on piled foundations with a gas membrane and a suspended beam and block floor finished with insulation and screed ready for fit out (fit out by others).
